Why haven’t I received a reply to my application?
Sometimes our emails end up in your spam folder – please check there. We read all applications submitted through our form. If you applied another way, we might not have seen it.

I got a spot on board – what should I pack?
Please don’t bring a hard suitcase, we can’t store them on board. If you arrive with one, we’ll have to get rid of it before departure. Check our recommended packing list here.

How much is the living costs onboard?
Since we started, our monthly budget has been about 3,000–4,000 DKK (€400–540) per person.

I have no sailing experience – does that matter?
No. We just expect you to join in. This isn’t only a holiday – sails need to be set, the boat washed down after saltwater, cooking, cleaning etc.

The trip I want is full – can I still apply?
Yes! Sometimes crew members cancel, and then we contact people already on the waiting list.

How do you finance your adventure?
We work along the way to cover our living costs. When we have crew on board, your contribution helps cover boat expenses like maintenance, insurance, internet, and safety equipment.

Do you have sponsors?
No, we don’t have any sponsors.

How can I support your journey?
You can support us through one-time or monthly contributions, helping us cover things like insurance and communication services.

How long will you be sailing?
We don’t have an end date – we expect to be sailing for many years.

How do you stay in touch with family and friends?
We have Starlink on board, so we can always connect with home. You’ll also have access while you’re on board.

What’s it like having a dog on board?
Sailing with our dog, Anker, works great. He usually sleeps during passages and loves exploring beaches when we arrive.
